- Equal Opportunities: Everyone has a chance to contribute to the team. No special treatment.
- Conflict Resolution: When disagreements arise, let's work together to find solutions that are fair to everyone. Let's be mature about it.
2. The Foundation of the House (Support & Belonging):
- Always Be Kind: We treat each other with respect, kindness, and understanding. No bullying or putting others down.
- Celebrate Each Other: We acknowledge and celebrate each other's strengths and achievements. Let's be supportive.
- Be There for Each Other: We support each other through challenges and celebrate each other's success.
- Open Communication: Let's create a safe space where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. Let's be open and honest with each other.
3. The Heart of the House (Collaboration & Teamwork):
- Work Together: We believe that together, we can achieve more than we could alone. We collaborate and share ideas to reach our goals.
- Embrace Diversity: We value the unique perspectives and talents that each person brings to the team. Let's embrace diversity.
- Shared Goals: We work towards common goals that benefit everyone. Let's have a shared vision.
- Be Open to New Ideas: Let's always be open to new ideas and ways of doing things.
4. The Roof of the House (Fun & Camaraderie):
- Laughter is Key: Let's create a fun and positive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable being themselves.
- Team Bonding: Let's schedule time for team-building, meet-up activities to strengthen our connections outside the platform.
- Celebrate Successes. Let's celebrate our accomplishments together as a team.
- Make Memories: Let's create lasting memories that we can cherish together.
5. Team Privacy (Privacy):
- Respect Everyone's Privacy: Let's respect each other's privacy. We won't share personal information about other team members without their permission.
- Keep Team Business Within the Team: Let's not share team information with people who are not members of the team. Let's keep our team's business within the team
6. Team Events (Team Events):
- Team First: During team events, we prioritise the team's participation and success. Solo live participation is not allowed. Let's represent the team as a whole.
